My question is for KVS.
Where is found this precise information, different of the standard one?

Airlines can create exceptions to the airport standard MCTs.
In your case, AF had filed so many exceptions for its flights at CDG that is causing the display limits to be exceeded.

What's going on w/the ANA data source?

Not getting any info - just a Data Source Error for ANA.

Have the updated version.

Getting the same error. Downloaded the updated version of KVS from 7 April but still getting the error message. Let's hope ANA hasn't jumped on the KVS hate bandwagon

It would be wrong to blame KVS for [Everything]. Lots of changes at ANA this month (including new award charts taking effect tomorrow) and several periods of planned system maintenance:

You might want to read our posts closer. We're not blaming KVS. We are getting errors and wondering if there is a fix or is it with ANA. We're just pointing out that there is a problem.

There is almost certainly not a problem. ANA is performing planned maintenance. That's what my post was intended to communicate. Sorry if my tongue-in-cheek phrasing was too subtle for this particular corner of FT.

The [Awards/StarAlliance] Engine is currently undergoing its scheduled maintenance until 07:00 GMT on 12 Apr 2015.

Please use the [Awards/AC-StarAlliance] Method during this period.

 What "engine" would that be if not the ANA website? It's more straightforward (and easier to understand) to simply say that ANA is implementing some major changes this weekend, including moving its reservations system to Amadeus, and isn't accessible either direct or via the KVS app.

The award search engine is back up, but a new one with very limited functionality compared to the old system. Will be interesting to see if this is there to stay. Hope their back end starnet reliability doesn't change.

I'm sure this is going to need a whole redo of the KVS star alliance search function. Don't see anymore 7 day search function either.

Hope this is a temporary interface.

Good analysis by Matthew on the new site:

Wonder if we've lost our good / quick / easy way to use NH to search...

[Awards/StarAlliance] Method Update

The transition of the [Awards/StarAlliance] Method to the new ANA Engine has now been completed and KVS Tool V7.7.7 is available for download on the KVS Tool Homepage.

Results are now very wonky (and tougher to read) - seeing phantom biz availability on a bunch of flights not replicated in UA/AC searches.

KVS assuming you know about this - if not I will post some examples.

We are aware of certain data accuracy issues with the new ANA Engine.

If you believe that there is an issue with the KVS Tool itself, please do provide specific search and flight details.

Otherwise, you may wish to use the [Awards/AC-StarAlliance] Method (or one of the airline-specific Methods).
