Question about Delta availabilty

Did a search on KVS, got the folllowing result
[KVS Tool 7.7.7/Diamond - Awards/DL-SkyTeam/US-S]

SFO San Francisco Intl CA US [KSFO]
PVG Shanghai PuDong CN [ZSPD]
SAT 13 Jun 2015 | 1 Seat

Carrier Flight From Depart To Arrive A/C St Award Availability
DL/CP 5738 SFO 11:30 SEA 13:46 E75 0 FA9
-> DL 589 SEA 14:29 PVG 17:55 +1 332 0 CA9

based on the FA9/CA9 I assumed there was upgrade availability. I called Delta and they claimed no upgrades (with Miles) were available.

I apologize in advance if this is obvious but any idea what I am doing wrong

Thanks

Those are Award (not Upgrade) Booking Classes.
Please consult the KVS Tool User Guide for more details.

Can't install v 7.7.8

I'm running on a MacBook under Crossover and all of a sudden the AC method stopped working telling me to install the latest version. I downloaded v7.7.8 and attempted to install - this process hangs part way through - have tried several times - sam result. HELP please.

I tried Crossover, recommended by KVS, but I came back to VirtualBox, IMHO the best program.

I agree Crossover is not ideal and KVS has several limitations when running under Crossover but it has been working adequately for a couple of years so there seems to an issue with the latest 7.7.8 release of KVS.

Please try the CrossOver Manual Installation procedure at http://Help.KVSTool.com/#Mac

If the issue, persists please provide a screenshot via http://Contact.KVSTool.com/

CrossOver is recommended for novice Mac users, as it is the easiest to install.
However, only VirtualBox/VMWare Fusion/Parallels Desktop provide 100% compatibility.

I abandoned Parallels, that I bought, when they decided to ask money for upgrade.
VirtualBox is free and very easy to install!

Update - finally got this install to work - for some reason the CrossOver screen showing the installation steps was blocking (i.e. covering up) the KVS screen to accept the licence agreement - by reducing the size of the CrossOver screen I was able to select the licence agreement and accept.

User error I guess - but this never happened when installing previous releases.

Note on others input - agreed - it's time to move to VirtualBox

No, but the annual Membership options do come with a 2-month bonus included.

Y;)u may wish to ask the proprietor of the software what it is that one gets for the price paid (it's called a 'donation') and whether the data is properly licensed from its sources. A quick review of the Wiki attached to this thread should tell you that at best most of the data provided by the 'tool' is obtained and presented without the consent of its owners.

For those users who might provide feedback, I am grateful:

I am a former EF customer who left when UA no longer supported. Looking for option to automatically and routinely search for Saver F availability on UA/partners. Will KVS provide this?

Is there email or text notification if the auto search provides a "hit" on the seat availability?

Can one search for specific seats in a specific cabin?

Are you happy with your subscription?

Many thanks!
