Done via contact form. For reference here it's BA 1 on Feb 10th which still shows J9 C9 D9 R9 I9 but does not match either BA's availability which is I0 or a US pos from expertflyer.

Will this be fixed or do we have to live without A3 availability?

At the moment, there is a small number of carriers (incl. A3), for which Regular Availability is not accessible via the current MC Engine. This may change in the future.

Award Availability for these carriers continues to be searchable via the main KVS Tool Application.

I would prefer not to have my current KVS login and FT username linked.

Do you know what POS is used for the availability search now? I am still seeing very different results for BA availability compared to UK/US POS.

Yes, I noticed this a few days ago when I spoke with my corporate TA. I asked him to read me his availability for a random set of BA flights, which was materially different from what I was seeing in the mobile KVS tool.

Is AC one of those? I now see no availability for AC flights, even on the mobile companion. :(

Certain limits do currently apply, in order to prevent excessive Mobile Companion usage.

Not at all -- the screenshot you have provided shows the Timetable view (not Availability).

Indeed. Priceless. It would be interesting to see whose data they are pilfering now and what the number of search limitations are (or if this has been put in place to keep them from being tipped off). Morbid curiosity is getting the better of me....

KVS can I trouble you with one minor wish - now that Availability's back up, can you make that the default option instead of Timetable? Small inconvenience but much appreciated if you can do it!

If you would prefer the Availability option to be the default, please create a Bookmark by clicking/tapping the [http://www.kvstool.com/Images/AddFavourite16.gif] button.

Also it would be nice if it remembered if the "Direct only" option is on or off when saving the search as a favorite.

The [Direct Only] option will now be saved as a part of the Bookmark.

You would like to know? Or you do know?

Pretty sure that information won't be forthcoming unless someone updates the wiki!
