I guess Chase doesn't know how to setup a mail server then. BTW I was an email admin for a large government agency and I can assure you that the large providers (MS/Google) would block things (not let them through as Spam) and had nothing to do with the incoming IP "reputation score" (static Class B owned by a large State Government agency). Although trying to get ahold of someone at MS was a royal PITA.
Now we've migrated to O365 where all mail (there is no delineation between "internal" and "external" with O365 Gx tenants) gets treated the same. We've had repeated instances where "internal email" (ie, I send an email to my colleague right across from me) gets treated/marked as Spam. Reputation is not based on IP only - it's based on content of the e-mails, DMARC, DKIM, SPF settings. From my own experience, you can get your server whitelisted by both MS/Google if you can prove that you're legitimate business... If you honestly believe in what you said about O365, then there is no point in further discussion. |
Moderator's Note: Topic Drift
Please let's get back on topic, that is the KVS Availability Tool.
Thanks, TWA884 Moderator |
Hey team,
I just signed up, and am trying to search available JL J seats(booking through AA). do I search by JL mileage bank? I can't find an option to add AA account |
I don't believe the KVS 'tool' will help you with that, koi. I know you're already familiar with the long bnut very useful "master thread" on AAdvantage awards on JL, as you've posted in it, but for the benefit of others it's here:

I can't find an option to add AA account You do not need to add an AA FFP to search for Awards on JL. As noted in the KVS Tool FAQ: Q 7: I am being asked for an AC AE/ANA Mileage Club Membership number, but I am a member of a different Star Alliance carrier programme (e.g. UA MP, AC AE, AV LifeMiles, etc.) Q: I am being asked for an QF Frequent Flyer/BA Executive Club/JL Mileage Bank MB/CX Asia Miles Membership number, but I am a member of a different OneWorld carrier programme (e.g. AA AADV, CX Asia Miles, BA Executive Club, etc.) Q: I am being asked for a AF Flying Blue Membership number, but I am a member of a different SkyTeam carrier programme (e.g. DL SM, AZ MilleMiglia, OK Plus, SU Bonus, etc.) A: In order to be able to check award/upgrade availability using these Method(s), you need to sign-up for account(s) in the respective programme(s) using the link(s), specified in the Methods Section above. It does not matter if you are already a member in a different alliance programme. |
Anyway to reach out to KVSTool team to obtain the registration code? Have sent in multiple requests via the online form on their website but no reply. Frustrating.

If you have not yet received your Membership Credentials, please PM us with your e-mail address. As a further reminder, please do not use a GMail address when signing-up or renewing your KVS Tool Membership, as GMail will invariably fail to deliver your automatically-issued Credentials. |
Is it just me or KVStool tends to be really slow and fail often when searching one query a few moments after another? Starting to feel that searching on AA is much faster...

Doing a direct search on an airline web site should always be faster. Complaining to KVS isn't likely to result in any improvement. When one's business relies on unauthorized scraping of data from other sites, one can't do much ab:eek:ut actual response time.
Try searching Miles&More through their hopeless app. Also, the tool doesn't search AA, but uses other OW member sites for availability |

I'm wondering what option I have to get a registration code if I dont have a non-gmail address? I have contributed and havent been sent a code (on a gmail address). Any help on what options I have would be appreciated.
