Apparently y;)u agree that it violates the TOS of various web sites and data sources. I'll mention that it also summarily drops features unannounced and since all those who pay have ever done is make a required "donation" based on the functionality they seek, they are simply left without what they paid for. And judging by the number of complaints by donors here, it's also not very reliable. I was right - SCAM.

I'll refrain from further comment.

For the benefit of others reading this thread, it's important to clarify that KVS has certainly never been a scam for me. On the contrary, it has provided me with precisely the information I wanted for a price that I felt was reasonable. It has been a useful tool for me, and I have not encountered any problem logging in or accessing my login credentials. The source of the data is not a concern of mine.

Others may have a different view and different experience.

Whenever I try to view fare rules for a route, I get an error: " The requested Method/Function is currently unavailable. "

This has been happening for a month. I downloaded the newest version 10 minutes ago. No change. Is there any status update available for this fix?

Seriously? So, you agree with and support stealing other people's property? That's what has clearly been proven about how KVS sources some of their data.

If it was clear and proven and if it mattered sufficiently to the owners of the data then I suspect action would already have been taken to shut it down. Has that happened?

Yes, it has been proven. I could (but will not) name legitimate travel companies that kicked KVS out after finding he was reselling data from his account in a breach of TOCs and know about at least one that threatened suing KVS. Every time "method has been developed" or "method changed" in KVS words, new victim has been temporarily found. KVS certainly does not only scrape other's websites, KVS also illegally uses data obtained in breach of TOCs of legitimate providers.

I don't know if anyone here is having the same problem as me or not. I tried to contact KVS multiple times on the KVS website, and I never got a response. This is not the first time that I signed up for KVS, but is the first time that I can't register nor gotten Permanent Registration Credentials by the date they promise. I bought 2 months membership, and the temporary registration only lasted one month, and now I haven't been able to use any KVS services. I really need to use the mobile companion app too. It is really frustrating, does anyone know any other way I can contact KVS?

Don't know what you expect from us here. Can you read and comprehend what has been written here before? This is not KVS support forum!!! Yes, I used to have a direct e-mail to "Kevin" (supposedly the owner of KVS and IMHO the only person behind it) but I doubt it is still working anyway... And honestly, I cannot find it in my records from the past. The mobile companion is actually the most questionable part of the whole KVS business - that is the part that is using their probably paid access to some sort of CRS (used to be Amadeus through one of the largest US travel agencies) where they illegally sell access to third party like you... Anyway, I am not going to risk being banned here so I stop now and wish you good luck... 🤣😂😁

The [View Fare Rules] function continues to function normally. Please send a screenshot via the [Contact Form] if the issue persists.

We have now re-sent your Permanent Credentials via e-mail. Please also note that your Temporary Credentials will never expire before you receive your Permanent Codes (regardless of the expiry date indicated).

We are pleased to note that we have recently completed a major component upgrade and ALL KVS Tool Methods and Functions are now fully functional and compatible with Windows 10 & 11 (and, soon, Windows 12).

Be sure to download and install the latest version (V11.2.x).

The GMail e-mail issue for Temporary Registration Codes has also been resolved.

I was about to purchase the diamond trial option, essentially to know what was the reason of delay for a flight in August 2022 by checking the FLIFO info.

Do you know if the info you provide is the same as Expertflyer in this regards ? They display the IATA code (ZY/ZA/ZO...)+ potentially Y/N in regards of EU261? This is basically what I am looking for.
