There are plenty of other tools in out there, some of them even mentioned here in flyertalk, that allow users to scrape or use websites outside their standard terms of use. They are not scams. I'll mention that it also summarily drops features unannounced and since all those who pay have ever done is make a required "donation" based on the functionality they seek, they are simply left without what they paid for. And judging by the number of complaints by donors here, it's also not very reliable. I was right - SCAM. I'll refrain from further comment. |

Whenever I try to view fare rules for a route, I get an error: " The requested Method/Function is currently unavailable. "
This has been happening for a month. I downloaded the newest version 10 minutes ago. No change. Is there any status update available for this fix? |

I don't know if anyone here is having the same problem as me or not. I tried to contact KVS multiple times on the KVS website, and I never got a response. This is not the first time that I signed up for KVS, but is the first time that I can't register nor gotten Permanent Registration Credentials by the date they promise. I bought 2 months membership, and the temporary registration only lasted one month, and now I haven't been able to use any KVS services. I really need to use the mobile companion app too. It is really frustrating, does anyone know any other way I can contact KVS?

We are pleased to note that we have recently completed a major component upgrade and ALL KVS Tool Methods and Functions are now fully functional and compatible with Windows 10 & 11 (and, soon, Windows 12).
Be sure to download and install the latest version (V11.2.x). The GMail e-mail issue for Temporary Registration Codes has also been resolved. |

I was about to purchase the diamond trial option, essentially to know what was the reason of delay for a flight in August 2022 by checking the FLIFO info. Do you know if the info you provide is the same as Expertflyer in this regards ? They display the IATA code (ZY/ZA/ZO...)+ potentially Y/N in regards of EU261?
