Do you know if the info you provide is the same as Expertflyer in this regards ? They display the IATA code (ZY/ZA/ZO...)+ potentially Y/N in regards of EU261? This is basically what I am looking for.

You can see a sample of the KVS Tool FLIFO display at https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/35765300-post2879.html

Please keep in mind that airline systems automatically purge this data after 72 hours.

Is it possible to pull LH fares ex Egypt (CAI) with KVS? Because with EF it's no longer possible for quite some time already.
In fact, I can't pull any fares at all. Error code 12037 and 9002. All other functions work perfectly.
???

Hi all, I need help in searching for award availability. My criteria is:
  • London - Tokyo
  • Any dates next year for 2 weeks
  • Qsuites
  • Non-flexi
Is that easily possible with this tool?

Maybe I am too silly to find the feature - but how do I find regular availability for flights (not award availability, but regular revenue availability) -?

That functionality unfortunately disappeared a long time ago.

In fact in recent days even the timetable function and the fare finder functions also seem to have disappeared but i'm not sure if that's a permanent thing or just another quirk!!

Everything about this "tool" is a quirk. And it's all subject to removal with zer:rolleyes: notice. Caveat emptor!

That's true. But unfortunately as far as the Timetable function is concerned I've yet to find anything as clear and easy to use. Expertflyer is great for everything else (fares, availability, awards etc) but not for schedules.

The Timetable function of KVS appears to have been down for the last couple of weeks. I use that function more than anything else on KVS, so I hope this isn't a foreboding for the future of the service as a whole.

I'm sure KVS will soon find yet another website that allows unhindered access to be tapped into.

There's always tapping into the UX of awardwallet as back up ...

I thought KVS subscribed to and had access to the various CRS systems that travel agents use. That's how they can also provide data for things like visa requirements coming from TIMATIC.

May I suggest that you refer to the wikipost (Expert How-Tos and Guides) in this thread for the list of sources that KVS uses to obtain their data?

Nope, the business model centers around finding access to data and providing that to subscribers.

Searching via CX does not work. Please KVS, do something. Thank you.

The FT member KVS has not posted here since 2023.

There is no reason to think that a post here will lead to any changes or repairs to their 'tool'.
