First of all, we would like to, once again, remind KVS Tool Members that this thread is not one of our official support channels. Please use the Contact Form on the official KVS Tool Homepage or e-mail us directly in order for us to be able to handle your inquiry promptly.

Furthermore, virtually all e-mail non-delivery issues appear to concern GMail users.

Please rest assured that all membership credentials are securely stored on your local machine (just like with any other locally-installed web browser application) and we do not have access to them.

Please do something about the CX search. It is NOT working.

With BA not showing anything non-BA it seems, JL not working and QF seemingly not working nothing works for One World redemption!

Please do something about CX awards then!

We have updated the [Awards/JL-OneWorld] Engine earlier on today -- please download KVS Tool V10.5.1 and let us know.

[Awards/QF-OneWorld] and [Awards/BA-OneWorld] Engines continue to work normally also.

Regretfully, it appears that CX had de-comissioned its OneWorld Award Search Engine earlier on this month.

Used KVS a few years ago and it usually worked quite well, error codes listed on site and usually able to self fix it. Fast forward a few years later and now without knowing all this drama I went ahead and bought a platinum since that is needed to check CX awards. Nothing works out of the box, error codes are not ones that are shown on their error diagnostic page. Filling the form on their site asking for help results in no replies for 4 days now. Am going through the payment method I used to try to get a refund. The support is extremely underwhelming as many in this thread have recently stated

Was this ever resolved for you? I'm having the same issue. Haven't been able to get any response including DMing here. Do I just have to issue a chargeback from on my credit card?

If this is not an official support channel, your contact form doesn't work, you don't publish an email address on your website, and you don't respond to DMs here, how are users who have paid $75 and not gotten access to the software supposed to get support?

I got my temporary code after posting here. The web form did not yield a response for me. I never did get my "permanent" registration code and just decided to write it off and be glad I didn't pay for a longer membership. I'd just lodge a chargeback if I were you. What else are you meant to do?

Contact form or email has yielded no replies. At this point I have bought the $75 package for close to a week and it has not functioned nor have I been able to get a reply from their contact form, their email or the refund request I sent through the amazonpay payment method.

Have to dispute with my bank which is a hassle. Horrible how KVS customer service has gotten to this point, I actually liked using the tool many years back.

Tried one last time to contact them by form and email, providing a non-gmail address for them to respond to and have still not heard anything back. On the phone to initiate the chargeback with my credit card right now.

Please also note that the Temporary Registration Code that you have received will always continue to work until you receive your Permanent Credentials (regardless of the expiration date shown in the e-mail).
