KVS - EK upgrades to/from the UK
Hi
I've just signed up for a 2month Diamond trial of KVS, however i think i may been a bit hasty. I can't seem to search for EK upgrade availability for flights from the UK (am trying LGW-DAC). I've just noticed on EK table on the KVS pages it says '@ Searches from/to US only.' Does this mean I can only search for upgrade flights if they are to/from the US? (im trying to find D/CS seats) I appreciate this sounds like a stupid question, but wanted to check whether i doing something wrong? Thanks in advance for any advice EDIT: Ignore me, I was being stupid. The '@ Searches from/to US only.' only refers to using the[Awards/AS-MultiAlliance] method. Still not managed to use KVS to conduct this search, but am making progress! |

You would need to use the [Awards/JL-OneWorld] or [Awards/QF-OneWorld] Method for that route: [KVS Tool 9.2.8/Diamond - Awards/JL-OneWorld/US] Code:

How long do they take to reply to support requests on average? Do they actually reply? I sent in a couple and didn’t get any confirmation emails so I’m not sure if it even went through.. |
