Continuously getting errors 12007 and 9002 when using FARES/GOL and Awards/BA-OneWorld. Looking for things in Mid January 2015.

The only thing that seems to be reliably working is the Timetable tab.

Since the Availability tab in the KVSTool disappeared last month, I have been using the Mobile Companion. However, today it seems to have stopped working, too. I receive the following message:

The reservation system is temporarily unavailable [RD]. Please try again later.

Is this a temporary glitch, or has this method of accessing availability failed as well?

Availability is the one thing I use the KVSTool for most frequently. Is an alternate method for availability forthcoming?

It is a temporary issue with the MC Availability Engine.

Update: This issue has been resolved.

Anyone get an error message when searching *A awards using AC?

I get the message "Due to a technical issue, our web site is currently unavailable"

Impossible to find all fares when trying to find TUN-SYD on AF: it is limited (no business fares)
Is there a direct class fare research possible as before (eco, premium, biz and first)

Please KVS can you answer how to check all fares on a destination ?
LHR-NYC, you have only a part of eco fares and of course no premium,business or first fares. Are you aware of this horrible limitation and what do you will do to correct this malfunction?

Unfortunately, the [Fares/GOL] Engine does not support specific-Cabin requests. Premium Cabin Fares will be included if they are a part of the ~40 lowest published Fares on the requested route/carrier, but there is currently no way to force them to be displayed if they are not.

I have some AA miles, and I am trying to check availability for DFW-AUH-AMD OR DFW-DOH-AMD for FEB 07 in Economy Class for any oneWorld affiliated carrier (including Etihad and Qatar). I tried booking via AA using award miles, but aa.com refused to book to AMD becuase they don't serve that destination. I want to check availibility of tickets with KVS via other oneworld carries such as Qatar or Etihad (technically not full oneworld member). can anyone help me to check the availability please? I am total newbie to this forum, so please forgive me if this is not right place or question?

So what are the longer term plans for this service? The tool is significantly less useful than it was before, not to mention much less user-friendly. Setting aside the elephant in the room that is the theme of the above wiki, and the earlier main thread, what is going to happen t the KVS suite of services in the future?

Good question LE. I've been thinking along similar lines.

The previous thread is closed (I had missed all of that fun) and the big question still hangs in the room which we've not had a reply to yet. To be frank, I've subscribed for many years and I'm interested in knowing whether we're going to get back to the previous level of service, and if so, how. If not, that's fine too, but I think we deserve to know.
