KVS tool has been down for me since 11pm last night EST. I wonder if we could get an update on when service will be restored?

We are aware of intermittent server issues, which are impacting the KVS Tool Homepage and the Mobile Companion, and are working on resolving them ASAP.

This does not affect the main KVS Tool Application, which continues to function normally throughout this period.

Ditto here. I can't get the MC to load on my phone at all. The main (kvstool.com) website is still down all together.

Indeed, the server issue has been resolved and all KVS Tool systems are now working normally.

Looks like the issue resolved but the KVS tool WAS affected by the outage

And now MC alternates between being slow as molasses and being down. Not sure about the main KVS Tool but that doesn't show availability anymore anyway.

If this is the case, I wonder if the desktop tool's phone-home check was being interrupted by the outage.

Probably -- that's certainly caused problems in the past and was one of the reasons I stopped subscribing.

The KVS approach to piracy is uncompromising. Inconveniencing customers is acceptable if it helps prevent other people from using the program without paying.
