Is KVS Tool no longer displaying fare bucket availability? Using mobile companion, no longer seeing that option.

NOTE: as of April 24th, I've received no reply from their customer support in 5 days,.

I am also wondering where I could find booking class availability?

There are also various error messages displayed...

If you have a subscription to KVS, running Fiddler Classic (free) while running the KVS query may be able to tell you where KVS is scraping from.

Long time KVS subscriber. This year in May, renewed, received temporary activation, but never got full registration credentials. Emailed a number of times, but not response. If this service is closed to renewals but still accepting payments, this is obviously bad business practice.

Thank you for your quick response. I will submit another email address on your form via your website. This must have just happened recently, as I received the temp credentials in my yahoo account. Also, have been checking spam. Nonetheless, I will give you a gmail address and hope it can be resolved.

I have the same question about viewing booking class availability - the KVS website mentions that you can see regular availability via the mobile companion but it is not completely clear if this is still possible.

This was a useful feature on mobile app since they removed booking class availability in desktop version. Unfortunately not available in mobile anymore.

I just got the software today, and when I searched a VS route in KVS I only got back economy award space to return. However, the VS official website actually pulled upperclass award space at a higher price because it only shows results on married segment logic right now. At least in regards to delta one from SYD to USA. Not sure if anyone else is having any luck but I love feedback on this as well! Thanks!

I have yet to get my new license keys after 3 weeks. Not sure what is going on.
