No, this time, that someone else does not provide as good information as the previous source... So they will just adjust the manual, and will be saying that "due to limitations in the method single flight numbers have to be searched as independent sectors" :D

CAPTCHA on mobile KVS
 
Started getting a CAPTCHA challenge on the KVS mobile webpage. Annoying to be needed, but am open to doing if required for some reason. However, right now it just doesn't work. No matter what I enter it just gives me a new CAPTCHA. Very annoying. When i want this data just need it to work.

I had the same issue yesterday, I emailed customer support, but I have not heard back from them.

I tried today accessing flight availability, and I get an error that says, "[Availability] Function is temporarily unavailable until 18 Feb 2017."

Anyone have any insider knowledge of this issue or whether this availability feature will become available sooner?

Insider knowledge? The answer is all over this thread. With the KVS tool you never know exactly what is going to work and when because the data presented (what you PAY for) is acquired in underhanded and unauthorized ways. When data providers object and rightfully shut the tool out, paying customers lose. :eek:f course, KVS still has their money. Will this feature come back at all - never mind whether it comes back on the stated day? You'll just have to wait and find out. In the past things have gone away not come back. Sometimes they come back at higher price points, so you may have to wait AND pay more just to get what you had before - if you still have access to it at all. My advice is that you not do business with disreputable establishments such as this one.

Well, that explains why I have not heard a response..

Apart from KVS, how can one look up Delta flight availability? I used to use ExpertFlyer, but Delta prohibited them from showing availability.

EF has been showing DL flight availability since the end of May: https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/26707497-post1029.html

The [Availability] Engine issue has already been resolved,

I emailed KVS Tool an few days ago and haven't received an response yet.

It's requiring my AC/AE Credentials to access *a awards. However AC does not have CA awards which is an issue for me.

Anyone have advise?
