Can someone teach me how to access fare rules with KVS desktop application? Also, how can I search business class base fare with it?

As noted in the CA section of the KVS Tool User Guide, you should use the [Awards/NH-StarAlliance] Method for that airline. Method fixed the issue, thanks!

Does KVS access award availability by scraping/parsing data from public websites, the same way Award Nexus does, or does it access to the information through some GDS-like back-end like Expert Flyer ?
