Seat Maps: we're currently not able to show seat maps for flights departing within the next 24 hours for several airlines: DL, BA, QR , ANA, B6, & JL
Searches currently not working:
  • Upgrades - AY, BA, EK, EY, IB, QR, VS
  • Awards - AY, BA, IB, EY, QR, VS

To search AA upgrades:
  • Use the Award & Upgrade tool
  • Only search for individual segments (set the "Connection Preference" drop-down to "Direct/Non-Stop only"). Flight results that are part of a connection won't show the upgrade version of C or A inventory because AA only files upgrade inventory as individual, not married, segments. (Married segments show revenue inventory instead of upgrade inventory.)
  • To avoid confusion, check the "Exclude Codeshares" box, as AA awards and upgrades are not valid on codeshares.

Update on Visa, Health, and Passport: We are no longer able to connect to our 3rd party provider. We are in contact with them to restore access ASAP but at this point we don't have a clear timeline. We will share another update here once we do.

still nothing, your understanding of the word "soon" seems to differ to mine.

While setting up a Seat Alert, when I check the "I can reserve blocked seats with this airline" box, it greys out the blocked seats when trying to select specific seats.

When I uncheck that box, I can select the blocked seats.

For some reason MH seats maps for flights within 72 hours of departure seem be playing up.

On EF MH20 KUL-CDG on Sunday 1st is only showing paid Y class seats available but the live map from a dummy booking is showing a lot more available.

Can this be fixed?

Happy February and as it is now February, I thought I d check the December seats… hooray - I can see them! However, seat data for the Jan 2027 return isn’t available. This does mean that your seat viewing window has reduced from 11 months to 10 as I suspected. This is of no use to anybody who always books BA flights the moment they’re released, 355 days in advance.

Will there be a fix for this EF?

PS: and for some rather bizarre reason, I have 5 schedule change alerts set up for the Jan 2 return and which didn’t stick the last time I tried setting them.

Paid for upgrade to Premium but no access

I have paid for and can see Premium in my subscription but on the home page it says Free. Any chance this can get fixed asap please? Ive logged out and in, multiple times. But I simply can't search for anything. Urgent.

You're right. The window has reduced to 10 months. Our data provider has restricted access beyond that point, and we haven't been able to get them to extend it yet. We're pushing them on this, but I can't give you a timeline for when that'll change.

I'm unable to login on a Windows computer. For the past 12 or so hours, clicking on the sign in button simply causes the page to continuously reload.

I can log in. I saw a problem today where the home page would continuously reload which made it difficult to click on the sign-in button before the reload but once I was able to click on the sign-in button before the reload I was able to sign-in fine using Win 11.

Standard stuff: disable ad blockers. Clear cookies. Try an incognito/private browser window. Disable browser extensions. Try this with another browser.

The homepage endlessly refreshing has been happening for me for the past week. I get around it by clicking the stop refresh button and then just login after which it works normally but a bit annoying.

Does not help here.
It almost seems to me as if the auth0 redirect is sometimes interfering with some expertflyer JavaScripts that are trying to reload the complete website.
