- Upgrades - AY, BA, EK, EY, IB, QR, VS
- Awards - AY, BA, IB, EY, QR, VS
To search AA upgrades:
- Use the Award & Upgrade tool
- Only search for individual segments (set the "Connection Preference" drop-down to "Direct/Non-Stop only"). Flight results that are part of a connection won't show the upgrade version of C or A inventory because AA only files upgrade inventory as individual, not married, segments. (Married segments show revenue inventory instead of upgrade inventory.)
- To avoid confusion, check the "Exclude Codeshares" box, as AA awards and upgrades are not valid on codeshares.

Did anyone else just get an email saying your subscription was updated to premium? I already had premium, and my subscription is not up for renewal yet. Im confused why I got that email. For a second, I thought I had been upgraded to the new elite tier as a bonus for members to try it. But that, does not appear to be the case.

Is anyone else experiencing difficulty with sorting timetable results? I've tried to sort by arrival and by departure times and by flight number etc etc but nothing seems to work. Results were already hard to read given the jumble of information that comes up. Unable to sort results makes it even harder!!!

Is anyone finding that in the fare information page, currency conversions for certain fares (noticed this for QF ones) is way off?
As an example, I was checking one way SYD-DPS fares on 18/06/2026. The fare QLDPO, which has a base fare of 202 NUC (this can be verified by going into the routing rules), converts to about 282 AUD. However, it is showing up in the main results screen as 781 AUD.

I just did a test on a flight for 1A/C in CE and I can click the same I am able to reserve blocked seats but then all of the other options are greyed out. However, I still clicked on the seats and was able to select them and save the alert.

Interesting, trying to do this for an AS flight and it wont even let me select or click on the blocked seats. Maybe its something specific to AS.

Anyone know when these will be fixed?
1) no longer can sort the columns in fare display (eg, highest to lowest fare, carrier sort, ...)
2) booking class for OAL still doesn't work (button at far right of fare display displays)

Just wanted to bump this, I asked about this a few months ago and I realize there's a lot of improvements that were prioritized, but this is still a priority to me! Same with the ticketing date feature, last I checked it didn't appear to actually do anything at all. I'm mostly a bit upset about these two because they happened to be features I used that worked fine before the last major update.

I'm consistently experiencing discrepancies with Qantas seat maps between what ExpertFlyer says is available and what Qantas says is available. ExpertFlyer is showing seats as unoccupied; Qantas confirms they're occupied.
