- Upgrades - AY, BA, EK, EY, IB, QR, VS
- Awards - AY, BA, IB, EY, QR, VS
To search AA upgrades:
- Use the Award & Upgrade tool
- Only search for individual segments (set the "Connection Preference" drop-down to "Direct/Non-Stop only"). Flight results that are part of a connection won't show the upgrade version of C or A inventory because AA only files upgrade inventory as individual, not married, segments. (Married segments show revenue inventory instead of upgrade inventory.)
- To avoid confusion, check the "Exclude Codeshares" box, as AA awards and upgrades are not valid on codeshares.

- On the new seat maps: Since launch, we've fixed Delta (and other airlines) data matching issues and pushed performance improvements for Firefox and Safari. We're continuing to work through it.
- On storing your seat map view preference (standard vs detailed): Good call, that's a reasonable ask, and we're adding it to the queue.

Have upgraded and tried the new search. It would be fantastic if all routes were included. Searching DFW to Anywhere is a mess. They are making progress!

When do we get the interline booking class info back?
Still the same status "This feature is temporarily unavailable while we make some improvements."
Improvements that remove features? higher subscription fees for less features? This does not sound right.

Quick update for AS and CX users. We pushed an update earlier that should improve the status for these two airlines.
Additionally, we fixed a small issue that prevented some saved seat map queries from saving correctly.

l unsubscribed from Flyertalk when they were having all the problems last year and have dropped down to the free version.
On the free version Ive noticed seat maps for BA stop displaying 2 hours prior to departure. Is this limited to the free version or on the paid for plans will they still stop displaying seat maps for BA at T-2?

Someone I know had a booking with TAP booked in Jan, during a sale, between US (purchased in the US) and PT dep end of April return first week of May, booked direct via TP, and has been issued a fraction of the refund amount. Wanted to help before needing to fight TAP with it
Booked Eco Classic, they got booked in O class, CLASSIC as per the e-ticket.
They say that the refund penalty isn't shown anywhere on the email/eticket, so I looked on EF and all the fare rules for O class return the following

Fare rules cannot be displayed. This may be due to multiple fares existing for fare basis

Hey! Is it just me or notifications are not working correctly right now? I have not got notification for availability J2->J1 for my tracked flight, the alert is still green active, so notification was not sent at all.

CI seat maps still shot as of this morning (doesnt appear to be a <50hr limitation as paid seat availability still appear to be correctly shown)

Did anyone else just get an email saying your subscription was updated to premium? I already had premium, and my subscription is not up for renewal yet. I’m confused why I got that email. For a second, I thought I had been upgraded to the new elite tier as a bonus for members to try it. But that, does not appear to be the case.
