Someone I know had a booking with TAP booked in Jan, during a sale, between US (purchased in the US) and PT dep end of April return first week of May, booked direct via TP, and has been issued a fraction of the refund amount. Wanted to help before needing to fight TAP with it
Booked Eco Classic, they got booked in O class, CLASSIC as per the e-ticket.
They say that the refund penalty isn't shown anywhere on the email/eticket, so I looked on EF and all the fare rules for O class return the following
Fare rules cannot be displayed. This may be due to multiple fares existing for fare basis
