A few updates:

• On the new seat maps: Since launch, we've fixed Delta (and other airlines) data matching issues and pushed performance improvements for Firefox and Safari. We're continuing to work through it.
• On storing your seat map view preference (standard vs detailed): Good call, that's a reasonable ask, and we're adding it to the queue.

We've also fallen behind on email and FT responses. That's not acceptable. We're working on fixing that, too.
