To EF, I’ve been receiving some valid schedule change alerts recently but I’ve noticed the alerts don’t ‘stick’ in my account and I have to go through the rather frustrating process of setting them up again for the same flights. This is a pretty basic fix isn’t it, unless you’re seriously expecting us to believe that there will be no further schedule changes for these flights, the earliest of which is 3 months away?
I received further schedule change alerts today which are no longer in my saved alerts so I will assume the fix hasn’t happened yet. I’ve since set them up again but it’s very frustrating that a schedule alert doesn’t stick after it has been triggered… this one was for October so there are bound to be further changes.
