The Raclette didn't stink up our cabin and I'd recommend it, it was well-prepared and a nice change of pace.

Alpine lounge at ZRH was doing a lovely, and not overly smelly, raclette as recently as early November. Pic enclosed (pickle overload was my personal customization, not the default).

The flight is too short for a 2nd meal service. At least on LX this has been the case at least since 2018 in Y and F. They used to serve ice cream before landing in C before landing in DXB, not sure if they still offer this.

It's weird, because the return flight, during the night, has 2 meals service (dinner and breakfast). There was neither ice cream nor even a sandwich.

The "special" (ie. fifth choice for the main course) on JFK-ZRH in F is some veal with rosti. It wasn't good or nice looking. The other mains are much better. No raclette going back to ZRH.

Business Class breakfast on DXB-ZRH
Below are photos of the a la carte business class breakfast on a DXB-ZRH flight back in November. No photos of the midnight snack as I went to sleep right after take-off

Flew MIA-ZRH a few days ago in F. I decided to eat rather than to immediately sleep, as I do not often fly F. I had the balik (good as always), tuna poke (rotten, could have been sick, had I eaten it), salmon (cooked, but despite the cooking the taste was terrible), US cheeses (pretty good) and a sort of lemon cake dessert that was awful. Service was quite good, but the food (except the balik and the cheese) made me regret to not have skipped the meal and slept.
I bet that the standardized Y food was much better on this flight.

The worst one must be THAI. Bangkok airport is awful in all respects. Better to consider a day of fasting than eat any food on a flight catered out of BKK. Hong Kong is similarly awful.
