Thank you for the pictures.

Since my next LX F flight, or my next flight in general, is still far away in the future, these pictures are greatly appreciated

Nope, only chance is to heat the cold meal by yourself & I would not recommend doing that on an airplane.

Balik salmon remains the same, but added some marinated lobster with pecorino cheese and cauliflower panna cotta (created by Mike Wehrle from the famous Bürgenstock with several high decorated restaurants)

I got an additional main dish, that was not on the menu: meatloaf with morel sauce, mash potatoes and green beans (created by Anja and Hans-Jörg Zingg of the El Paradiso Mountain Club in St. Moritz)

Dessert was the most creative and convincing dish: blueberry slice with chocolate crumble and Appenzeller beer ice cream (created by Silvia Manser from the restaurant Truube Gais in Appenzell Ausserrhoden)

I paired the starter with a Sancerre 2016 from Loire region, the main dishes with a Clos l'Eglise 2014 from Pomerol and the dessert with a Ristretto of Nespresso
