They do monitor comments here & they do take note of feedback, they consider if someone takes the time to write them it is a serious issue & from feedback they can make changes, if they think it appropriate & in their interests ….

I think they do read these comments. Even have an official presence on some forums.

Concerning the issue at hand: LX made a plan how to distribute the roles of FAs on board, probably for a reason and after analyzing the workloads and intended service level, and it‘s hard to see why the crew should deviate from that plan constantly to make J better and F worse. These are the decisions management has to make and not the employees „on the ground“, without insight into the intentions of the management or the bigger picture.

Wanted to post a few pictures of my meal ZRH-DXB in F. Skipped dessert. Had a special seafood menu as well, and a large platter of raw seafood on ice that was brought out as well.

assorted meats appetizer

salad

sliced veal

Hope it was good!? Had the seafood special before the pandemic and the first course was really good, main not so much.

Have several F flights coming up in June and kinda "hate" LX that the seafood special is so short and ends just before my first flight.

Thanks for the pictures.

However, the last picture does not show sliced veal, which means the veal is sliced into small pieces.

So the bouillabaisse replaces the normal soup?
that's not cool.
Well I guess I'll see it in a few hours, I am off to the US today.

Usually the seafood special is in addition to the regular menu.

Looks like pork to me, "Kassler" style.

That brings back nice memories of the good old times and the "Hors d'oeuvre riche sur voiture".

Not a big deal, but I would rather not have them replace the regular soup, as I am (despite being a seafood lover) not a huge fan of bouillabaisse.

its funny, that f-trolley really increases the workload. Started with 2 FAs, but then saw 3 once meal service started. Cabin was 7/8 and J looked full.

really have to give it to the crew, you can tell they were hustling a little more than usual on this one

Probably because the seafood experience is in addition to the usual offering, which is as it should be. The "hustling" only goes on for a while and then they can relax
