Unfortunately I'm lactose intolerant so I couldn't try it

Do you by chance know the dates when it has been served?

Wouldn‘t you guys wish LX would publish the dates of the Connoisseur Experience and the regular menus on the LX website, so we wouldn’t have to guess or bother LX customer service all the time?

Actually they do post the dates: https://www.swiss.com/hk/en/fly/on-b...beverage-first

Seefood will be from 19 February until 3 March 2020

And I just did miss that it also includes the dates for the white truffles.

(one can still kind of tell that they added the dates in brackets afterwards)

Come on LX, next step would be to publish the regular menus, as LH does.

Indeed.

I am wondering if, currently, there is anything interesting on the F wine list. I do not believe it was posted. I am planning to correct 44 hand-written exams on this flight and a couple of glases of booze will help me on that job.

Different question: has anybody recently seen a cheese fondue in F?

Have several flights coming up and like the cheese fondue in winter. If they don’t serve it on the plane, I will have to get it at the lounge.

Yes. I think SWISS has great catering in F but the cheese fondue was terrible. Don’t do it.

Haven’t seen the “F”ondue on any of my recent flights but it was definitely on the FCL A menu a few days ago. Probably safer to have it in the lounge before you fly.

I had it many times and like it, considering that it is a convenience version, just for that fact that it is fondue in the air.

Are there better fondues? No doubt.

You guys... in just a handful of posts... have managed to turn my joyful excitement into a sinister dread (I am horrified by the mere thought of fondue smell)

Please... tell me it's not served in November?!?

Please... tell me they developped a scientifically odourless recipe?!?
