My advise is to load up on starters and skip the main course which is exactly what I will do on my next LX177 during that same cycle.
The Sauternes wine was outstanding. Also very much liked the selection of cold meats and the balik of course.
The soup as always on LX was very good as well.

Main course (yes that was it: watermelon with a fleck of salmon mash inside)
Nothing else until breakfast. Neither soup nor chocolate were offered. The surly maître de cabine tried to defend this abomination with a straight face. She considered this "normal", "I've been flying for 30 years yada yada yada..." she said. For good measure she told me I should have eaten in the lounge....

0.55h. By all means offer an express meal for those who want it but I worked all day and and rushed to the airport so I don't think it is unreasonable to expect something to eat. I had economy meals that were more substantial.

Agree, that offering looks really poor for a business class meal
