The Main course selection in C is better on this cycle as on F in my oppinion. In the last cycles especially the Main course selection in F was nothing special

Sad to see they are droping the gruyere cheese... thought it was just a one time thing, but seems to have been remouved for a few cycles now. Used to be one of the staples like balik and such...

I flew it Sunday evening. I do not remember all details.
Starter: some cold cut with sashimi
Do not remember the other options

Main: beef tenderloin with potatoes
