Nice-looking menu as always.
First courses come by trolley, you pick what you want. These are usually better than the main course. Picked some salmon sashimi and dried meats.
After the appetizers and soups came the main course. Here I must say, it was the biggest disappointment I have had from Swiss so far when it comes to catering. I decided to take the veal. It was not only bland, but undercooked. Truly a low for Swiss F, I really hope this was a one-time mistake that they will never repeat again. It left a bad taste in my mouth, that I had to wash down wish chocolates and cognac.
Here's to hoping my next LX F main course won't be like this.

I also had the Veal & the entire meal was sensational, I cannot recall having a better meal in F on any airline.
In addition to your menu there was Puff Pastry with White & Green Asparagus ragout by Hilti in Zurich, sensational 👍

Looking forward to the reports too, though I have unfortunately no LX flights booked in F. I have heard (I do not remember where) that, unlike LH which serves cheap Chinese produced caviar, LX will offer the Swiss produced caviar extracted from the esturgeon by biopsy.
