2019 Business Menus

Hey All,

I am taking an ORD to ZRH and ZRH TO CDG flight next week. Anyone have a Business class menu pic? I want to plan accordingly and wanted to know if I should order a special meal. Thanks in advance! Also feel free to post other routes as well, it may be helpful to others

***First Course***
Seasonal Salad with Mushrooms

***Main Course***
Beef Rissoles, red wine and balsamic jus
Potato pure, glazed root vegetables
or
Sauted cod fillet with lemon sauce
Steamed potatoes, mushrooms
and spinach
or
Fried spelt sptzle with chanterelle sauche
Red cabbage with apple, Brussels sprouts

***Cheese***
Selection of Swiss cheese

***Dessert***
Chocolate and banana cake
with Dulche de leche

The catering on ZRH TLV flights is nothing special, except for dessert everthing is served at once using the short haul concept which is inferior to the long haul catering quality EX ZRH.

Thank you Ziegenhorn. Does anyone already have the new F cycle food and drink menus? I am not taking a single flight this month (^) but am off to Asia early 2020.

Could anyone post December ZRH-JFK menus in business OR first? I guess other east coast destinations will be the same.

It will be equivalent to the ZRH-PEK Menu posted above (Except no breakfast) and the ZRH-GRU menu, except you will have on more first and main course and no breakfast

Thank you Mozart0815.
The menu looks really good. Looking forward to my flight to PVG which should have the same menu.
On a side note, kind of a "waste" to serve a 2009 Bordeaux grand cru from such an exceptional vintage. Way too young. They should have chosen 2011, 08 or maybe 05 .

Thank you for the lists.

What I don't get is that the South African white is Diemersdal Sauvignon Blanc in F and the much better Stellenrust 53 Chenin Blanc in J. Will have to ask the FAs to get me a glass from the back.
