I've never asked one of the FA's but are the steaks raw or maybe half cooked when they arrive on the plane? I always figured they where half cooked to be able to put grill marks.

I don’t know, but I have asked them to cook the steaks minimally so that they are more or less rare/medium rare and they’ve done it for me.

Mine got a dish of pasta (sort of mac and cheese). I cannot remember whether it was the same pasta also proposed in the menu. It was a couple of days ago and do not have any picture (it was not worth a picture anyway).

Thank you for the info! If pasta is availabe, it will be just fine for my niece (she eats whatever at kindergarten/at home, but in different places is another story and she usually puts her eyes on adults’ dishes - but pasta always works).

The new menu in F from March for the next six months.

Saibling soup.

Asparagus.

Best dessert!

The saibling/char soup doesn't look that good. How did it taste? Did you like it?
