Promo started Jun 1 and I only registered today (no email from SPG yet), so hope that my stay from Jun 2 will count.
Agree that 5000 pts won't get you a free night except at a really low category hotel, but it's better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.

This promo won't have me spend additional money, but it is a nice bonus on top of planned stays and for that I am grateful enough.
