If you could reveal this secret location, I'd be glad to report it. The url alone apparently is not enough information.

Look in http://www.spgpromos.com/foursquare/...RMS_PROMOTIONS, 7th bullet item and click on the links for facebook.com/settings and foursquare.com/settings . You will get an error.

How do we determine the "official" place on Facebook for the new promotion? For example, the Westin Peachtree Plaza in Atlanta has 8 places on Facebook and 3 additional places for the SunDial restaurant in the Westin. There does not appear to be any sort of information that would indicate the check-in is at a valid FB place.

just checked into the le méridien jaipur earlier today....no 'special' available here when i checked in on four square....this is the second property i've come across in the last 2 weeks that has this issue....given the fact that the first property 2 weeks ago didn't post the points automatically, this one probably won't either....

You are making it too easy for them. A competent web designer would realize quickly what the problem is.

Although there is no list for the foursquare promotion, the list for the Facebook promotion totals just 600 properties. I would say that if you're not seeing a "Special" tag for the venue, then it is likely they are not participating. Of course, you will want to check all listings of the venue just to be sure... but given that there are very few international properties participating in the Facebook promotion, I would lean toward that answer.

All properties are participating in the Foursquare promo.

+1+1+1

Either share you special offers with all of your best customers or we will go elsewhere. Some of us have much better use of our time than to participate in these junk websites! God, now we have GOOGLE+ haranguing us to sign up for their Beta test.

There was a time it was feared that Big Brother would be government and peak into every corner of our lives. In reality, it is corporations that are peeking into every nook and cranny of our lives to keep track of what we're up to! And they con us into it by signing up to these services under the guise of promotional incentives.
