International (adding at least one new destination), assuring new aircraft are added and IMO possibly adjusting flights from DAL given the new non-stops reducing previous connecting to/from other gateways. i.e. DAL-HOU is one that seems extremely over served post Wright.

Do times generally change much when schedules are extended? A WN-newbie here, so wondering on a leisure route like ROC-MCO...will those two flights generally stay around the same general time? Wanting to reserve a house for vacation, but flight times will dictate what day we depart. A <5 month release (for the earliest dates in the new schedule) seems awfully short, but maybe this is normal.

IMO it is integration issues and making sure they have 30+ min between flights to get a handle on the late flights. They have a lot of decision on integration that is impacting their decisions (ie. plane availability and crews etc). Remember SWA has not been very transparent in the merger process.

I know they are also acquiring some additional 737s but don't know how many Some are new from Boeing. They got 10 from WestJet last year and have purchased others, but I don't know how many or from where.
I also don't know that the schedule will be the same.
