For each request, please include the following information:
Departure Airport:
Miles Needed:
Required Spend or Maximum Budget (choose one, and state the value):
Available Travel Dates:
Required Metal or Codeshares Okay:
Route(s) You've Already Searched:
Do you have a Chinese Visa (Yes/No)?
For each response. Please quote the original request. DO NOT START A NEW THREAD.
There are many good fares to China (PEK or PVG). If you have a Chinese visa, these options will be provided.
If your requested PQM is in a few thousand, please give a more accurate amount. You will get fewer options with a roundup number (eg, 5000 instead of 4830; IAD-SFO nonstop will work for the latter.)

Amazingly, I just came back to post that I knew I could do that - take two trips. Since I only have a week, I guess I was looking for something less hardcore, but 25K is 25K, so that may be the answer. Thank you. Maybe I could mix it up: SFO<-> PEK and SFO<->HND

Not sure if you're talking about non-stops to PEK and HND from SFO, but if so, that won't be enough miles. SFO-PEK-SFO will get you ~11800 miles, and SFO-HND-SFO will get you ~10300. So, those 2 trips together will give you ~22100 or so. You're going to have to connect somewhere in order to add some miles here and there...

Departure Airport: SFO
Miles Needed: 25,000
Required Spend or Budget: Budget $3,000 max (I am okay on UA PQD)
Available Travel Dates: December 8-15 or Christmas weekend
Required Metal or Codeshares Okay: Any airline; just need *A PQM for UA status
Route(s) You've Already Searched: Many. (SFO->JNB, PER, AMM, DYU (via IST)...) I can find good R/T fares/routes, but to get needed PQM, I need to do multi-destination, which gets expensive. Seeking long, efficient routing ideas.
Notes: 2018 employer dropped United as a preferred airline; 2019 I will be back on United, so big MR need to save status. First time I have needed a mileage run. I'm ignorant. THANKS!

And I definitely don't see a way to get 50K PQM in business/first for less than $2K.
Getting 50K miles for $2000 is 4cpm. That's a pretty good rate, but going to be hard to do it all in 1 shot. At least, that's my initial thoughts without looking too hard...

If you're principally focused on PQMs and not BIS or PQDs, you could also look at buying fare classes that give you the PQM multiplier (https://www.united.com/ual/en/us/fly...es/united.html):

Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me that finding 1 single itinerary in economy that takes you around the world twice (the circumference of the earth is roughly 25K miles) is going to be VERY hard to do, especially with a limitation of $2K. And, is that USD, or CAD that you're talking about (since you're looking to fly out of YEG)?
And I definitely don't see a way to get 50K PQM in business/first for less than $2K.

I did not look because you said you were only interested in doing this in one shot. You also didn't answer my question about which currency you are using for your budget.

UA: YEG-SIN round trip, ~20800PQM, $705
Tue 2 Apr: YEG-DEN-SFO-SIN
2hr15min turn at SIN
Thu 4 Apr: SIN-SFO-DEN-YEG
https://goo.gl/flights/JDFM2
You can also do a similar routing for the same days for $608, but you end up with ~14 hours during the day (7am-9pm) in SIN, and a little over 8 hours overnight (9pm-5am) in SFO on the return portion of the trip.

Here's the best option I can find so far...you'd have to do this twice, which would give you around 41.5K PQM, so you'd still be 8.5 PQM short:
