I just had my current reservation cancelled for my NC6 package, I see expiration date extended to 11/27/19. I dont see option to attach certificate so I called to have it attached to new points advance reservation at Westin. So it seems like all brands except St Regis are now points advance? Thank you!! |

I did not see any option to use my cert online, but called and was able to apply to NC5 cert to a 7 night stay at a LM property! |
Is it possible with the HUACA strategy to get a converted category 5 made into category 7? Or cat 5-6? If yes, what should one say to the agent? And what is the cost expected? Thx so much!!! |

Definitely call back or send a request via email. I was in the same boat where it did not show as being attached and reps kept telling me it was attached until I finally got someone with real knowledge. I believe you will also see the point value of the stay decrease down to the value of your card and then it will also say that it's attached. I eventually gave up on the reps and sent in a support request to see what would happen because the agents seemed incompetent and my hotel kept saying there was no cert attached. It took Marriott 3 weeks to respond to my email but my reservation was updated (dropped down from 105k to 45k points) and shows certificate attached.
Finally get it attached. It was a pain to deal with the customer service. Told them multiple time everytime they make adjustment to the guest they have to re-attached and they never did.... 8 hours on the phone total to get the cert to attach properly. Thank you for your help! |
