Any chance they can be used to pay off a certain credit card over the phone?

GiftCardMall.com aside, with respect to Giftcards.com, has anyone noticed a change to the G Money program? My most recent order didn't earn any rewards. The terms and conditions didn't indicate any overt change to the program, but it does allow them to suspend participation in their sole discretion.

How long ago did you place the order? I always noticed that you earn G money when the order has been finalized/approved, not when you've merely placed the order. That could be a matter of a few hours after placing the order, but it's possible that they're taking longer because of the holiday.

same here, i put an order last night and the order was confirmed this morning, it shows points earned as +0!!:confused:

I poked around their website and they have a 1% G Points logo next to all the store gift cards but not VCGs. I guess going forward VCGs are excluded from earning G Points. They seem to be tinkering with how to make VCGs profitable.

I haven't had any luck getting portals to track here either, as it were.

Rapid reorder seems to be working again, and the price has dropped

But without earning Gpoints (mine from two days ago did, today not) guess it's not worthwhile unless you need personalized cards

I placed the order yest nite and today got a confirmation mail for the order but 0 g money points. Called support and raised a ticket. Got a mail saying that G-Money prog has been dropped for visa and master and its a management decision on Nov 25

Now called and cancelled the order. I hope credit will be refunded asap.

Large Denomination Fee on GiftCardMall
 

Except they tack on a $6.95 "large denomination fee" to each card. I can find nothing on the site regarding at what point that fee starts to apply, but since MS'ers buy in $500 denomination (which is what I bought), and it certainly applies there, that is really all that is important.

Oh...more importantly, the no PIN thing.

I got a "Debit not approved , call authorizer" message today.
Transaction would not work. I used a different simon card after and that one worked so I know it is not the VIP Serve Card.

Anyone know what this means for the simon card. Looking at the balance on line, I have the full 500 in my account balance for that card

What's the "no PIN" thing? Is this referring to VGC? I thought they all had PINs. Did I miss something?

Cards from Gift Card Mall. Com (auto correct won't let me format that correctly) no longer come with PIN. They can only be run as credit.

Cards from Gift Cards. Com still do have PIN.
