Thanks for posting it anyway, used it and have just been told my order has been shipped. Wait to see if I really got what I thought

And just like that...it's over. $9.95 fee per card? LAME

Ridiculous. Time to use up remaining G Points on one more GC then I'm done with 'em.

As G pts won't expire after 1 yr, will patiently wait for future discount / promotion before placing another order

[Nevermind]

This is unfortunate :( Probably a few too many people overabusing as often happens with MS easy ticket items.

I just used up my rewards by applying it to an amazon GC. No shipping fees, ended up paying $5 for a $25 GC and I don't need to worry about them making further updates/devaluations to the program. Most people should only have about $20-25 in rewards (based on the $2500 max orders), so this can be a great way to cash out now.

Giftcards.com has not shipped me over 20 cards and now they offer to refund only $500 per each keeping $3.95 fee for their "service". Nice way to scam people and earn hundreds of dollars doing nothing, isn't it?

Just how many orders did you place at one time?

Maybe instead of .....ing you should try not ruining things for other people by overextending.

You can file a charge back with your credit card company. Yes, you might have some questions about why you were ordering so much from a place called Giftcards.com, but it's up to you whether it's worth it or not.

For what it's worth, they've always been prompt in shipping cards to me. In total, I've bought over $16 000 from them.

Yes, but I wouldn't like to draw CC's attention to this. I was using Citi TYP card. How tolerant is Citi about purchasing GCs?
Maybe it's better to file to BBB?

YMMV.

You could wait a little longer because they can't charge you until they've shipped. Also, based on what you said they haven't provided any service.

They claim that all orders have been shipped, but since that was the cheapest shipping option - there was no tracking info. I don't believe that all orders could be lost in mail. Most likely they have never shipped, but they are claiming that they did. I understand that $80 is not a huge amount, but I feel like being scammed.

My guess is there were a few too many people abusing the system (see the guy buying $10k at a time when the limit was $2500) and they just wanted an easy way to get rid of them or make a profit off it.
