Why do people prefer giftcards.com over giftcardmall.com?
Lately I have been getting personalized VGCs from the latter and liquidating them with no issues at my local WM.

Major reason is how they cancel even small $500 orders. Also u have to call and do a verification n answer questions. Too many issues with GCM.

I frequently make 2 orders in a day of 4x$500 without issue. That's $4000 per day plus fees and shipping. I suspect the daily limit is $5000.

My last order on 3/21 was cancelled due to the security check. I am just off the phone with CS dept, they said there is not anything either I can do or they can do since they security team does not talk to anybody. The only solution is to place another order and pray it will pass security check. Anybody has similar story to share, and how to fix the cancelled orders issue? Thanks

This is the issue I'm having with this thread. It gets mixed up with Gift Card Mall, and I can't tell when people are referring to that site or Giftcards.com unless they're explicit in their statements. Even then there still seems to be confusion.

For example, people a few posts above were specifically talking about getting Metabank cards from Giftcards.com. Unless something drastically changed, that is simply not possible. Giftcards.com has never carried Metabank cards, only Bancorp cards. Gift Card Mall, on the other hand, has carried Metabank, but that's not what the other people said.

I think it makes sense to make comparisons between Giftcards.com and Gift Card Mall. I just personally wish people could just explain a bit more so the conversations weren't so confusing.

I order four $500 cards and one $465.25 and get the $7.45 shipping since it's faster and cheaper than paying $1.99 per card.
