Anyone had their orders not tracked by TCB?
 
TCB stopped tracking my orders since 5/22/2016 and I had plenty of orders from giftcards.com, which is concerning. Just placed a missing cashback claim for 4 separate orders since 5/22/2016. Anyone had this issue and is this a TCB issue or the fact that giftcards.com just stop honoring my purchase through TCB?

Yesterdays order through TCB tracked for me.

Found out that orders from my laptop doesn't track on TCB and I have to lodge missing cashback claim. Must be some cookies setting on the laptop.

Back when AGC was a thing, I placed somewhere in the neighborhood of 300 orders, and I had 100% tracking...the same can be said about the many recent GC.com orders I've placed. Follow these directions and you should have no issue at all:

-Open up chrome in incognito mode
-Open tab and go to GC.com
-Login at GC.com
-go to TCB, login and continue like normal

The key is to login to gc.com BEFORE you click thru TCB. I described this method in the AGC thread and it worked for anyone that has tried it.

I haven't placed an order on giftcards.com for about 2 weeks, but TCB missed 2/3 other transactions for me this week: 1xeBay and 1xTarget.com, when normally they send confirmation anywhere from 1 to 24 hours.

i placed an order on May 26th through TCB for Giftcards.com that was captured no problem.

People who use Top Cashback, how long is it taking you for the money to become payable? I wanted to compare something.

I currently have an order that started tracking on May 12th, which is 16 days ago and it is still pending.

My orders from April became payable very fast...it was a little over 2 weeks. Based off when I requested payout and when my order was placed, was 3 weeks however, it became payable a few days before I requested the payout. This month has been a bit slower...I too placed an order on the 11th, 12th and 13th and those are all still pending. Not much for data points tho, being they just started offering CB for VGCs.

All of my April orders became payable on May 15-17th ish. My order from earlier today tracked just like normal. I expect all of my May orders to be payable around June 15th ish.

Help, Does anybody have issue liquidating gift cards from giftcards.com?
I was very lucky buying MO at walmart until past weekend, now all of my purchases get declined "Debit not available" code 12 for several days. Tried kroger and other stores same issue.

Did you check your card online to see if it was activated, and if it was, if it had any charges post on it?

I mean, I'm all for helping out but I don't think anyone here wants to wipe for you as well.

I checked online, and charges go forward but then get reversed. This issue seems to be the case with all recent cards that I received. Older once(1week old) go thru without any problems.

I had an order a few weeks ago that I was able to liquidate at WM without any problems.

Just put in another order yesterday. I will update when I receive and have a chance to unload.
