Did first 3 orders ever. Used the method outlined. Dont have Ad blocker on.

No pending, no email or anything. Filed a claim now after the first order is now 9 days old.

Let me know what your resolution is. I just opened 6 claims for my 6 orders last week. I think something is messed up either with gc.com or tcb as I've confirmed other orders were delayed on the tracking. I as well used the method outlined (using Firefox incognito). I had 2 orders track late last month perfectly using the same method in less than 24 hours.

My purchases from about a month ago just became payable.

FYI... Still waiting. I've upped the ante on my last response to tcb. I'll let everyone know my resolution when it comes in. I would recommend that everyone avoid TCB right now as it appears unreliable. For those that are interested I followed the incognito method detailed here for 8 transactions. Two late May and six from June 9 - 11. The two from May paid perfectly, tracked in less than 24hrs. June 9 - 11, all 6 clicks were documented but no tracking on payment.

Thanks I'm waiting eagerly for resolution here. I followed the exact procedures requires (which is what I did for my purchases in May which were credited properly) and I see that VIsa Gift Cards are listed at 1.5% specifically. I was planning on purchasing around $50,000 in the coming month. I will make any future transactions dependent on this outcome since I'm still missing over $12,000 in spend.

I'm very heavily active on a forum where people are aware of the topcashback value for giftcards.com. I will report back my experience and recommendation on whether people should continue using this method or find another option.

I find it hilarious in a semi sick way a lot of reports here. I place an order every day, and I have never gotten a single order to track no matter what I do. Multiple portals. Multiple procedures, including those listed in this thread. Never tracked. I submit a claim for every single order.

I also have that sick sense of humor about it, but for the opposite reason. I've only needed to file three times for untracked orders. Any time that it's been missing, it's been my own fault of using a content blocker in safari, or doing the order on mobile, which, surprise, I was also using a content blocker on

While i don't put one order per day like you, the last 4 orders i did through TCB got all registered, 2 got paid, other 2 are pending, this is what i do, i initially go to giftcards.com and put the order in the cart, then i go to TCB, make sure to disable the ad blocker, search for giftcards.com promo, click on it, it should open a new window that directs you to giftcards.com, the original TCB window should now say..." we have registered your visit", you can continue with your order on the new window and checkout.... worked every time.

I do understand what you do and appreciate the the description, but believe me when I say I have done exactly that. Multiple times. Multiple browsers. It doesn't work.

It's great that it works for you. It doesn't for me.

Have you tried creating a new account? If you do, and it keeps not working, it's probably something on your end. If it works, then it was something weird with your account, and you just use that one.

What browsers have you tried? What ad blocking software or content blockers are you using? Avoiding incognito mode? Windows? OS X? Mobile?

For reference I followed the same method back in late May and got paid out no issues at all. Fast forward 2 weeks and I do 6 orders and nada. 6 claims are now opened.

Phantom707 Jun 22, 2016 8:59 am

I would rather not create a new account. There's a particular design of card that's no longer available for selection unless you can reorder it, and I prefer to use that. Further, making a new account could open problems with verification since, although they're a minority, some people have reported difficulties in being able to place orders.

I use Windows. I've used Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10. I've used Internet Explorer/Edge, Firefox, Opera, and even the horrible browser Chrome.

I make sure to disable any .......ing tools. On Internet Explorer/Edge, there was never any .......ing in the first place.

I've used both private browsing as well as normal browsing. I've cleared all of my cookies and assorted browsing history.

I'm fine with it at this point since I've mostly automated the submission of my claims.

Just believe me when I say that your methods do not work.

That was a nice surprise when I went to do today's order. Hit my $5k, and both have already posted in TCB :)

danhouston Jun 22, 2016 12:57 pm

folks, not familiar with GC.com...seems that the fee is about $9 for a $500 VGC, which is $2 more than GCM.com, correct? as so, why not buy at GCM.com? what's the max one can buy at a time at GC.com? does TCB pay the CB on the total including fees or on the base amt?

TIA for some info.
