Could just be contracts ending and new ones must be made with portals. Could be less % for a while and then a % promo comes along. GC.com will get very little business for these below 1.5% because it's just not worth it compared to buying in store depending on fees. 1.5 is the lowest I'm interested in and even at that its nothing exciting to me, but only moderately interesting.

Without a decent cashback, though, I'd probably just go to a supermarket and get the GCs I need (afterall, the mail order aspect of these cards is both a little inconvenient and a little risky). Of course, not everyone has merchants that will sell them GCs with a credit card. |

Yesterday I had a transaction flagged as fraud for a $300 giftcard I bought from giftcards.com a year ago. I was able to track it back to the exact transaction & information for this card. I've followed up with them, but haven't had any response.. Does anyone know if I have any recourse on this?
