I used my 5Bs to reload PPMC for $496 plus the 3.95 fee leaving .05 on the card. I run it as credit with no problem and then got my credit on 5B in 24 hrs or less.

There are 2 options for automatic 5% back that takes 48 hrs:

1. If you spend $500 on each card plus $19.80 use credit and csr has to see last 4 digits of each card

2. If you use debt spend 499 x 4 and 23.84 in last transaction and you enter yourself pin on keypad.

If you do this, you’ll get shut down. You’ll eventually get a nice little email telling you: “Your account has been limited.” At that point, you can log into your PayPal account, but you can’t actually do anything useful with it. You can’t even withdraw any funds that are there. If you inquire, PayPal will tell you that your funds will become available after 6 months.

I did the same exact thing on Friday(12/9) night and still don't see the 5B :(

thanks for the reminder but so far, I'm using my available PP balance to buy items for resale on ebay. I don't load near the max $4K load per account per calendar month either. all our PP accounts purchase things online which what PP instructed us as the way to use it.

I am aware of what you're saying but since the death of loading to serve, I found other means to unload my funds that does not go against PP T&C :D

Why not to buy your items for resale with CC and skip all MS steps?

suffice it to say, we all have our own strategies and I've found mine (don't ask, won't tell) that gives me the most profits so I'll stick with it. what matters to me is I'm going by T&C while funding my account(s) instantly.

Agreed. It pretty easy to figure out how to utilize PPMC cards for MSing if you just read the T&Cs and stop to think about how you can liquidate the funds in a manner that is beneficial to both PayPal and the user. They are in business to make money after all. It's not a good system to push huge volume through, but one can easily do a couple thousand a month without worry of popping up on the radar.

I really think a lot of people who know how to MS via PPMC safely like coming to these threads and giving misinformation about PayPal and PPMC cards so it doesn't get too popular and show up on PayPal's radar more.

Anyone noticing issues lately in south Florida CVS stores where the clerk insists on seeing the debit card and rejecting it if it is a gift card? Trying to convert a few FB VGC into VVGC but having issues at a few CVS branches. Seems almost as if they were all trained to do this recently. :confused:

I was asked to show FB yesterday, CSR checked, but didn't say anything. Very strange experience :confused:

Newbie question, do you purchase a new PPMC card to reload, or just go to the counter and say reload my card?

when it's a new card, just say load of XXX, when it's a card I have loaded at least once, I just keep it intact (top and bottom part) and the same procedure for loading a new card is followed. If you're loading with $300 or more, you have to hand your DL or any pic ID they will scan.
