The Wiki suggests that it is (or was) possible to purchase VGCs at CVS using AGCs. Is that still the case? It seems like every time that I purchase VGCs at CVS they compare the name on my credit card with the name on my drivers license. I understand that I could buy AGCs with my name printed (not embossed) on them.

Wasn't able to buy a couple days ago at the Santa Clara Homestead store. Not sure what the system msg was. Clerk said try another store maybe. Went to Stevens Creek and was able to buy no problem there.

So today, I bought 2 VGC cards from CVS.

When I got home and opened the packages, to my surprise one of the card has $100 valued marked on it.

Right away I went to the website to check it and it showed it didnt activate. (receipt said activated).

I have created a ticket today.

Has anyone experience this?

]I searched the entire FT but couldn't find a thread dedicated to OneVanilla Visa Gift Card that is sold at CVS.

I'm looking for ways to unload these cards. I know some places sell MOs but it has become increasingly difficult to get one. Does Evolve still work with OneVanilla without the 3% fee?

Any other ways to unload them?

I don't think Evolve works. RB does. Serve does at $49.99 per transaction.

What's the diff b/w VGC at cvs that has 4.95 and 5.95 fee? Wondering if the one with 4.95 loads ok on RB.
