How is it that every scheme you try seems to completely impoldes around you and your entire family?

I couldn't live on 80k a year and have no interest in that.

The only deals that have blown up for me or others I have referred are ones that exploded for others as well like Netspend, Mio Cards, MVD and Green Dot are the only ones I can think of that are all the same and many many people have had those closed and more and more will continue to have them closed.

Crazy woman would go on TV if they let her. I don't see why these people don't realize tieing up 10k or less is just part of the game. I think she is talking small claims court too.

Geraldo are you listening she is willing to come on TV and she is a member here with 3 or 4 posts but I won't say her name since I think that is a violation to post

Who introduced VRs to your aunt's friend?

Blargh. Here's a lesson for you all, as learned by me.

Don't let your account balance go above $10k. Period. No exceptions! Over a period of a few days I added money to my account using vanilla reloads. Also, I initiated transfers to the account from amazon payments. The VR loads are instantaneous, but the AP transfers are not. Yesterday, I loaded with VR, and made a large purchase (tax payment). Everything we OK until this morning, when I couldn't log in, and trying to reset my password showed that my account was inactive.

A long call to customer service followed (1hr 1min). Since the purchase I made was only initiated, not completely settled, the amount was not yet fully removed from my balance. Before the transaction settled, money from AP was transferred into my account, taking the total balance to 10,500, and causing the issues.

Since they can't re-activate my account until the transaction settles, they told me to call back "in a couple days" if I still cannot log in online.

OK, here is my situation. I used to buy (I think 3 times) MOs at Walmart for about $4,000 on each trip. Now, however, it kicks out my MVD even though there is enough money on it. Is this WM's doing or what? Tried going back next day, same thing. What's up?

Have you tried logging into your account and checking the card status? Seems like you are done with the card.. (blocked)..

After seeing all the problems you loaded >$10k. You deserve all the punishment you get.

So this is what I've been doing to meet the spend of only $1k on my new Marriott card:
- Buy MVD at CVS for $500, register it, and then cash out at an ATM, load cash into my BoA checking in order to pay off the Marriott card. Is this the normal procedure for what you guys have been doing? Will this get my account shut down?

I just bought my 2nd MVD today and was going to buy my 3rd tomorrow. So is there a limit on the # of MVDs you can register? How are people doing 4 at a time, etc? Buying reloads? Sorry for all the q's, a bit new to this game.

thanks!

You must not have read the post. NO Mention of VR's was used. I also have NEVER Heard of VR's Holding Peoples money like Netspend Cards, Mio Cards or Green Dot Cards or MyVanillaDebit Cards.

In this case the comment was made that she was pissed that MVD tied up her money. The Card MVD not VR's and they are sold in all the big drug stores the women shop at. She got info from my aunt or one of her other friends probably spoon fed by a blogger. I never met nor would I want to meet any friend of my aunts from her job where they do this stuff at work on the job on school property according to my aunt so I am told hear say.:td:

Of course, my card is active.

dmvflyer Apr 16, 2013 2:01 pm

If I try to log in and it says my account is inactive and won't let me, does that mean I got shut down?

If so, that was fasts - one day. Bought a $500 MVD, withdrew $300 yesterday and $180 today, can't log in now.
