They stall people then close the accounts to use the funds longer. This should be obvious since Incomm did the same thing with Netspend and Mio Cards.
Millions of accounts and 100's of Millions of dollars over many many weeks equals huge profits to keep stalling

Phone number is working. The website going down shouldn't have any impact on funds availability if the rest of the system is OK. I'm still curious to know which locations can add money directly (a la Walmart w. BB).

My coincern is that I'm ready to do a large CA, and I don't want to take a chance on having it get lost in the cloud. Plus, I don't want to take a chance on standing there in front of the bank teller, and have the card get declined. I don't want to have anything contribute to anyone at the bank thinking I'm "suspicious". :) :)

Mine doesn't work anymore, i can't get signed in. I was put on hold and then the website crashed when my account was supposed to be completely locked up again. I got all my money out (except for $2)...we'll see if they send me a check for that small amount.

Anybody that got shut down try to reapply?

Yeah, the website doesn't seem to be working mid-morning EDT.

I was going to do some loading and unloading today, but I don't think I want to try that with the website down. If anyone does try, please let us know how it goes.

You touched all the basis so, why do a large CA? What is 'large'?
