The booking engine states at the top that, "Award travel is subject to an additional $11.20 one-way for 1 person."
It's been $5.60 for a number of years now, and when you click through on a fare it continues to be $5.60.

My flight got delayed 40 minutes, and in my attempt to cancel it (it was my backup flight) the app froze twice. When it didn't freeze, it took almost 3 minutes to load the itinerary -- kind of stressful since I was under 90 minutes to departure. I hate that the app is just a front for the website.

Seat map shows Mint, web site doesnt
Have a Boston to St Lucia flight in January.
when I booked in October Mint wasnt even an option.
now the seat map on the app shows me and the wife in Mint and even lists us in 5C and 5D under Manage Flights.
the web site seat map shows Mint, but the seat assignment in Manage Flights are in row 10.
I had a chat session last night with B6 and they had no clue. Even sent them a screenshot of the web site showing row 5 and the service rep insisted it was wrong.
I suppose in about eight weeks Ill learn what seat we get. But just as long as we land on time Ill be happy. Just amazed an airline cannot get a seat assignment to show up correctly.
My business travel has resumed and Ive been debating focusing on B6 or DL from BOS. B6 was always slightly my second choice but Ive decided now that DL gets first dibs in 2023.

Giving credit where it's due, checking in on the mobile app is a very pleasant process. That's like the one thing they got right. Checking in on the website feels the same as it did when they first cut over to SABRE
But they got the app check-in journey right.
And now that I'm checked in, managing the trip is pretty smooth and seamless as well. No latency when pulling up the seatmap, etc.
I know I'm in for a world of hurt if I need to cancel my check-in and cancel the ticket, but I'll cross that bridge when the time comes.

Jetblue really has to get its IT house in order. I received an email saying my seat for an upcoming flight has changed. When I look on the website and on the app, it says I don't have an assigned seat and it errors out when I try to select a seat. Then when I go and reach out to customer service, they tell me that my seats hadn't, in fact, changed from when I originally purchased my tickets.
I honestly don't understand why fixing their systems isn't a priority.

Because they can get away with it. Sometimes I get scolded in DMs by folks at Long Island City for posting things that aren't public so clearly they care enough to monitor this forum, but they don't care enough to read the complaints in this thread.

Yes, and a lovely recording when you call the Mosaic line informing that the discount only applies to online or app bookings. The IT issues are why I am making platinum on UA this year.

After about an hour of 503 error and cart error messages, I was finally able to book a flight. Had to skip picking seats, other passenger's FF #'s, etc. Been trying to go back to manage trip and no dice. App nor website on phone and laptop. So frustrating!

EDIT: At least one of my itineraries that displayed the "Your flight is booked, but something went wrong.." error has since been cancelled and disappeared. Trying to rebook, and not only is it more expensive, but it won't even go through.. sigh..

Try to manage flights today (PC/firefox browser), and I see a completely new webpage.
Try to buy EMS seats as Mosaic, and no option to use points.....
It does seem like a different reservation that had a minor 15 minute schedule change can be accessed through 'Manage Trips". The last couple of days it was nothing but errors and timeouts.
