Jetblue really has to get its IT house in order. I received an email saying my seat for an upcoming flight has changed. When I look on the website and on the app, it says I don't have an assigned seat and it errors out when I try to select a seat. Then when I go and reach out to customer service, they tell me that my seats hadn't, in fact, changed from when I originally purchased my tickets.
I honestly don't understand why fixing their systems isn't a priority.
