JetBlue Website Continually Not Functional

Try to manage flights today (PC/firefox browser), and I see a completely new webpage.
Try to buy EMS seats as Mosaic, and no option to use points.....
It does seem like a different reservation that had a minor 15 minute schedule change can be accessed through 'Manage Trips". The last couple of days it was nothing but errors and timeouts.

Nice to see that JetBlue extended the sale an extra 19 hours due to the glitches.. hopefully that was enough time for everyone to get what they wanted.

I attempted to purchase seats on a flight last night. The Computer system was basically inoperative. I got as far as getting a confirmation number, but it never hit my credit card. It was bad.
This morning I contacted by conference Jet Blue. They told me that the code still worked, and I should try an book it again.
I did, and it worked this time.

This morning I contacted by conference Jet Blue. They told me that the code still worked, and I should try an book it again.
I did, and it worked this time.

Looks like JetBlue has finally decided to fix things! Noticed that the Manage Flight pages in the app have completely changed.
Theyre ugly as sin at the moment. The wording is awkward and parts of the page are covered up by other components, but the core functionality is there and working!

I've been trying to make a flight change for the past hour - both on their 'new' web portal and on the mobile app - and it stalls endlessly at the "It will take a moment to complete your transaction" stage. No error message, even. Have tried three different credit cards, so it isn't that either.
Anyone else having issues today? I am nearly banging my head against the wall. Why can't they ever get their IT together?
EDIT: Finally got it to work by using a different browser and clearing the cache...ugh.

The website uses a really bad cookie. If I clear cookies, the site will let me log on, and then view my points tracker. But only once! Next time I try it again, it shows me as logged in, then when I go to view my points tracker, it logs me out instead of showing me my points tracker. Then, if I log in again and try to go to Points Tracker again, it logs me out again. What a flipping joke! I shouldn't need to access the damn website on incognito mode every time. Just fix it!

Am in the middle of a trip and trying to change my seats for the return. When I go in on both the app and website, it tells me that my reservation has a flight that has been flown (yes) or am in the departure window (nope - flight is tomorrow) and therefor cannot make any changes online and have to chat or call in. Why is it not allowing me to change seats? Anyone else have this problem. Chat agent did not think this was an issue b

I'm surprised there was no megathread of travel issues from the past week. I hopped over to Southwest's sub, and it sounds bad. Have users here just left B6?
