Giving credit where it's due, checking in on the mobile app is a very pleasant process. That's like the one thing they got right. Checking in on the website feels the same as it did when they first cut over to SABRE

But they got the app check-in journey right.
And now that I'm checked in, managing the trip is pretty smooth and seamless as well. No latency when pulling up the seatmap, etc.
I know I'm in for a world of hurt if I need to cancel my check-in and cancel the ticket, but I'll cross that bridge when the time comes.
