Based upon requests, this is now a wiki - please feel free to edit - but please only post the suite that you are confirmed into and not what you ultimately get (eg PH Vendome books into Park Suite but many ultimately get a Park Executive Suite). I'll start with that one for formatting example - I will try to do refinements to this when I have some time later.

To check the room type you booked into, you may use Hyatt E-Concierge:

Correct Park Hyatt Washington has stop offering Diamond Breakfast via room service. WHICH SUCKS. Park Hyatt Chicago still does. I think we should protest, at the room rates you pay there should be no big deal.

Grand Hyatt Mumbai, India

1. Grand Hyatt Mumbai, India
2. Verandah Suite King http://mumbai.grand.hyatt.com/hyatt/...ocale=&start=8
3. ~650 square feet
4. 1 Bedroom + separate living room, 1 bathroom
5. B+ - no real dining table, instead coffee table plus two armchairs and a sofa
6. Request courtyard view if you would like to avoid the daytime buzz from the adjacent street. Room gets six bottles of water every night during turndown. The balcony is in reality not a great spot to hang out due to birds above and warm climate. Two 42 inch flat-screen TVs. Great service at this hotel - we used two certificates to cover the first 14 nights of my 18-night stay. Front Desk staff told me upon check-in that I could 'of course' stay in the suite for the duration of my stay.

1. Hyatt Regency Maui
2. Ocean Suite, Corner room in Napili Tower
http://www.maui.hyatt.com/hyatt/hote...ocale=&start=9
3. 554 Sq Ft
4. Hardwood floor in living room area with area rug. Comfortable chair and sofa. Bedroom area was not adjacent to either of the neighboring rooms, so we never heard a sound from either neighbor. Larger lanai with two chairs and table off the living area (side of the building overlooking party area and parking lot with ocean view off to the left) and a smaller lanai off bedroom that overlooks ocean (end of the building). Small refrigerator in addition to the minibar. 42" flat screen HDTV's in each room with more channels than I remembered from last visit. My wife was happy that they had the HGTV channel (what she calls ESPN for women). Closest room to the ocean, but also next to the party area and three nights we easily could hear the music from the party going on. That was fine when it was Hawaiian music, not as fine the night it was regular music.
5. Overall we were very happy with the upgrade, but we missed the view from the Regency Club level. I rate it an A, only minor issue is that sofa had some small stains (looked like food) on it.
6. Paid $249/night on a AAA promo rate that included buffet breakfast at Swan Court. Absolute steal! Thank you Hyatt!

1. Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch
2. Junior Suite, corner room (no arch view)
3. 755 sq ft
4. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom
5. B+ Upon check-in I was immediately informed that wi-fi and breakfast at the Red are complimentary (was told to charge to the room and will be adjusted at check-out). Received two free coupons for Starbucks. Also informed that G2+1W are added into my account (though they haven't posted yet and it's been 6 days since check-out). Turndown service offered upon check-in. The room, as others described, have no single drawers in it. Yoga mat available as well as free short yoga video. The room still had an "old" feel to it despite the most recent renovation. Regency Lounge opens at 5pm on Saturdays and all day Sundays. NO FREE/HONOR BAR in this property. $3 beer/$4 wine/$5 mixed drinks.

1. Grand Hyatt Kauai
2. Ocean Suite, 6th Floor Shipwreck Wing
http://kauai.hyatt.com/hyatt/hotels/...cale=&start=12
3. 1,050 Sq Ft
4. Very large living room area with wetbar. Two very comfortable chairs and sofa. Dining table and four chairs noted in website description was missing so there was lots of empty space in living area. Two very large closets in bedroom. (Most closet space I've ever seen in a hotel room). Small refrigerator in wetbar area. 42" flat screen HDTV's in each room. Very large bathroom, arranged as handicap accessible. Bath tub with jets. Both living and bedroom areas had sliding doors to balcony that ran the length of the room (I estimate 30 feet long) with two nice padded chairs, a table and a chaise lounge. Very comfortable.
5. I rate it an A, but only because I don't mind walking. Two rooms from end of the Shipwreck Wing. (Eight minute walk -at normal pace- from the room to Grand Club.) Excellent views of ocean and beach. Part of view is the public parking area for public beach access, but palm trees on Hyatt property block almost the entire view of parking lot, so you mostly see the foliage.
6. It's very odd that the two televisions apparently are fed from different cable signals (or maybe digital and analog) because they have totally different channel numbering systems.

1. Hyatt Regency Merida
2. Regency Suite King Note: Ultra lousy photo… look at virtual tour for more accurate view.
3. 70 Sq M
4. 1 Bedroom, living room, 1 ½ baths
5. B-
6. This is a “real” suite with very spacious full marble bathroom (basic 12" tan marble tiles) that includes a 2 person Jacuzzi and large separate shower (rain shower with good pressure and flow). No name toiletries… worked OK. This is the first hotel I have stayed at that has replaced recessed halogen lighting with LED fixtures. OK in the bathroom, but harsh and annoying in the bedroom and living room. Regular table lamps also have really harsh and weak compact fluorescents. The AC worked fairly well, but once room gets cooled humidity removal a problem and room gets clammy. Not much local flavor or color in the suite. The suite was a bit worn and dated… but still OK. I graded the room into the “B” range due to the fact that it was a real suite and not one of the half-baked kind that are so common in US Hyatts (regular bedroom attached to a conference room or two regular rooms with couch in one room bed in other).

2. Junior Suite, corner room (partial arch view)
3. 755 sq ft
4. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom
5. A+ Upon check-in 1w has posted but the G2 has not. I wastold to charge wi-fi to the room and it would be credited. The room was very nice, the kids loved it. 1. Hyatt Regency Princeton
2. Conference Suite
3. 700 Sq Ft
4. 1 Bedroom, living room, 2 baths
5. B
6. The best feature of this suite is the ability to stretch out in the large living area. Our kids enjoyed the ability to roam between the bedroom with two double beds and the living room. The living room was adequately furnished with a large dining table, two chairs (one with ottoman) and a sleeper sofa. It is worth using the suite upgrade for a room rate that averages between $99-109 on weekends. I ranked it as B since it was more of a connector suite than a true suite.

1. Hyatt Regency Suites Palm Springs
2. Executive Suite
3. 1040 sq ft
4. 1 bedroom suite
5. B, suite is great size and remodeled. However, the Bathroom was in desperate need of remodel. I really wished they remodeled the shower and all the tile in the bathroom, which is why I rate it a B.

6. When I called the Diamond line to use one of certs, they only could confirm a Premier Suite Room, which is basically a standard suite room with a view. I asked the Diamond CS to request a bigger suite in the comments. When I checked in I told the Front Desk that I am using one of my Diamond certs and said that I requested a larger suite. She checked and stated that she an Executive Suite should could put me in. Front desk was helpful.

We also used a suite upgrade and received the same room. Agree completly on the room comments, great space for the kids.

Another note on this hotel. They will allow you to use a single breakfast voucher to cover 2 children for the buffet (kids is half price). I'm not sure if this is typical of other hotels but it worked out great for us.

1. Hyatt Regency Perth
2. Regency Suite King
3. 70
4. 1 bedroom with an ensuite (separate bath and shower); second bathroom (toilet and basin only)
5. B
6. Not a great view as these suites are only on the first to third floors. I used an e-upgrade that was confirmed about a week or 10 days out. The suite is actually quite sparse. There was a small double lounge and a single lounge as well as a coffee table and separate, large marble work desk but a lot of empty space.
