Hyatt Highlands Inn Carmel
I'll do an example. I've never stayed at this hotel, nor do I have a reservation booked with my Diamond Suite upgrades, but I'm assuming this is the upgrade since there are only 2 standard rooms categories and then this 1 Suite category at this hotel.
1. Hyatt Highlands Inn (Carmel)
2. Ocean View Townhouse Spa Suite
3. 896 Sq Ft
4. 2 bedroom (1?) & 2 bathroom (1.5?)
5. Yes, A-
6. Bi-level Suite, Fireplace, Kitchenette, pull-out sofa
If there's enough interest and posts in this thread, I'll come back periodically and update the first post with a list of the consensus best and worst properties to redeem our Suite upgrades at.................^

1. Hyatt Regency Warsaw
2.//http://warsaw.regency.hyatt.com/hyatt/hotels/rooms/room-description.jsp?chooseLocale=&start=9
3.Regency Suite King 56 sqm
4.1-Bedroom,1 Bathroom
5.A
6.Location is a bit outside but many buses just in front of the hotel.Had booked a Standard King smoking room for 115 Euros and think I didn`t get the Regency Executive King because of my wish for a smoking room.Of course,I was given access to the lounge (with some tables for smokers to my surprise). After having booked the rooms,I`d called Hyatt to use the Suite upgrade and it was confirmed by phone and some minutes later I found the change of my room in my account.

Mod note: Please only post Diamond Suite Upgrades (old paper or new electronic certificates) here and more specific property discussions should go in the appropriate property REVIEW THREAD. Of course you may post links either way in either thread but this will keep this thread "clean" and further discussions on specific properties are located in the "right" place for future reference.
We'll consider making this a sticky if there's enough interest meaning that people are posting experiences.
Thanks for your help with housekeeping.

1. Grand Hyatt Washington DC
2. http://grandwashington.hyatt.com/hya...ropVirtualTour
This link is to the virtual tour and then you have to go to the "Traditional Presidential Suite" link.
3. Not sure of the square feet, but I would say about 4 times a regular room.
4. 1 bedroom & 1.5 bath, also had a private sauna
5. Yes, A
6. Upgrade had said "suite connector", I called and was told it would be an "atrium suite", upon check-in front desk manager came out and asked if it would be ok to put us in the presidential suite. Took me about a nano second to respond.

One of the best rooms I have stayed in. Of note, upgrade was requested 2 days before checkin and was no problem at all.
