Yep, the hardcopy of the passenger manifest has the status correctly, regardless if it is a codeshare or own flight. The POS terminal and the NordicSky portal doesn't...

I've had personal greeting on ARN route. Separately by the purser after the newspaper service was conducted by another FA.

The greeting certainly happens on short haul, just got it 2 hrs ago out of GOT. Very nice purser and attentive service, meal was ok too, beef with dessert.

My last plat recognition was a new way to show it by FA, when she came to my seat, she almost shouted - NOW, TIME FOR CHAMPAGNE YES?

-Thanks but I'll have an energy drink, I replied a bit ashamed while others turned their heads watching "WHAT?"

Had one of the best pursers I've had for a long time on my last week's HEL-FRA. Came to give the personal welcome spiel to me before departure and to my surprise shook my hand too. I think the last time that happened was flying Aeroflot as FB Gold years and years ago...

Oh and they took drink orders based on status in J, also a first for me. And something which I very much appreciate as my biggest gripe about AY Euro J is that it can sometimes take a very long time to get your first drink.

Last Saturday I was coming from LHR and sitting back, on row 26. Purser came to me and first asked Mr LGG? After she offered newspapers, She informed me about small delay, departure time and flight time to HEL and said welcome on board.

After she left, lady sitting next to me asked me "who are You are and why do they treat You like that"

And you replied, "a very important person" but in which tone?

I explained something about Platinum and then She asked if I was someone who had luck with lottery. I said if I had money from lottery I would sit in my private Gulfstream instead of A320's row 26.

Oho. Sounds like they have been innovating down there. Riistaleipä coupled with kolmioleipä with AY innovation becomes juustopuolikuu. Sorry for the Finnish friends, but you wouldnt even mind the missing translation.
